Esperanza and Jose select what they want for Easter. For example: the color they want to dye their egg, where their Easter hunt will be, what they will wear on Easter Sunday, etc. I saw a co-worker develop an amazing dialogue with a language impaired kid using Ready, Set, St. Patrick's Day. That's the main purpose of this series, to provide the visual support for children to engage in a conversation. Don't just breeze through the book but expand, scaffold, problem solve, etc. to set up a rich interaction.
